Dear Vinny,
I'm thinking about buying property in a new state/region and I'm curious about how to make sure there are enough ranch hands and support available in the local community. Any advice on how I can check this out?

Dear Vinny,

Dear New State/Region,
I would first search out the most reputable ranch brokers in the state/region you are interested in. These brokers will most likely have a vendor list of individuals you may want to be part of your purchase. Oftentimes, these people are already in place on certain ranches. A trusted ranch broker can help guide you through the management process so you can be comfortable and get the results you are looking for.
Good luck with your next purchase!
