Dear Land Sales,

All I can say is be persistent. Enjoy your wins, but also learn from your losses. If you save your money from your wins and chop wood every day, you will eventually stand out and reap the rewards. It is not an easy business to be in, and land is a finite asset, but if you can ride the ups and downs, success will come your way.
