Cole Mannix

Founder, Old Salt Co-op

Cole comes from a family that has been ranching in Montana’s Blackfoot Valley since 1882. He earned undergraduate degrees in biology and philosophy from Carroll College in Helena and a master's in theology from Boston College. He founded Old Salt Co-op with the aim of uniting Montanans around quality food and promoting land stewardship.
